Passport Data Warehouse
The Passport® Data Warehouse enables the legal department to optimize report performance and improve results by
bringing together disparate sources of data to gain new visibility and insight into management of matters, risk, and spend.
Designed for compatibility with a broad range of business intelligence platforms, the Passport Data Warehouse’s summarized and
denormalized tables and optimized data relationships help avoid user frustration and reporting fire drills by supporting precise,
high-speed data analysis and efficiently handling performance-intense calculations, mining of big data, and multidimensional
slicing and dicing of data (OLAP).
Capable of integrating with and accepting data from multiple data sources, the Passport® Data Warehouse empowers legal
departments to consolidate and analyze an expanded range of data, reducing both the cost and complexity of managing data and reporting
across disparate systems. The solution provides a centralized repository and single toolset for consolidated reporting across data from
the Passport ecosystem, which can include Passport applications and other legal and enterprise systems, plus additional sources such as industry
or market data or other data warehouses. This provides enhanced decision support, while also simplifying reporting administration and support.

The Passport Data Warehouse is also dynamic, with client-side tools that make it efficient to manage and maintain warehouse data, as
well as update and write new reports and queries, all without the need for a vendor services engagement. A user-friendly user interface
and tools enable the addition of new custom fields, objects, and data sources by in-house resources and support automated updates to the
data model. And, while the Passport Data Warehouse can be used with a broad range of business intelligence platforms, the solution includes
the IBM Cognos® Query and Report Studios, providing access to a full-range of powerful reporting and analytics capabilities, from quick
ad hoc queries to the development of sophisticated custom reports with complex prompts and filters.
